Cavité gravitationnelle et optique atomique temporelle

Abstract : In the general field of atom optics, we have developed a new technique to generate several atom optical components. This technique uses gravity and an evanescent wave atomic mirror. By varying the intensity of the evanescent wave, it is possible to create lenses for matter waves, de Broglie wave phase modulators, diffraction slits and similarly a Young's double slit interferometer. All these components operate in the time domain and can easily be combined.
