Abstract : After some reports from the literature (both biological and chemical) about retinoids and about angiogenesis (chapter I), this work first deals with the synthesis of compound B2, an analogue of DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid) (chapter II). Due to retinoidic and anti-angiogenic activity of DHA, such analogues (more stable than DHA itself) could be very interesting for anti-cancer research. The chapter III describes our study of several new multicomponent palladocatalysed reactions which allow, in a single step, the regio- and stereo-selective formation of two or three Carbon-Carbon bonds starting from benzyl halides and terminal alkynes which are often commercial. These reactions lead to the formation of products which carbon skeleton exhibit an enyne structure. The chapter IV presents the results obtained for several of these enynes within four biological experiments. The tests used are : affinity for the oestrogen receptors, modulation of luciferase activity in MELN cells, antileishmannia activity and cytotoxicity. Some products show promising activities.
