Drainage des Mousses Aqueuses : Rôle de La Rhéologie du Fluide Moussant.

Abstract : The subject consisted in a study of the different physic-chemicals aspects of the aqueous foam. It is a matter to study the effect of the rheology of the foaming fluids (polymers, surfactants) on drainage and the stability of the foams, to determine the parameters governing the processes; all that according to the physical parameters (humidity of the foams, size of the bubbles, polydispersity, etc) or physicochemical (surfactants, additives, liquid, gasses, etc). This work allowed the development of a new approach in the foams problematic. The study was done by two experimental techniques: the measure of the conductivity and multiple light scattering. The measures of the viscoelastics surface parameters (elasticity, viscosity, dynamic tension) and the polymers solutions rheology was performed using a pendant drop method and rheometre.
