TRANSFERT DE FRÉQUENCE DE RÉFÉRENCE MÉTROLOGIQUE PAR FIBRE OPTIQUE : APPLICATION À L' ÉLABORATION D'UNE
ÉCHELLE DE TEMPS.

Abstract : This work consists of the study and realization of a powerful optical link ensuring the transfer of the references for frequency stability available on the site of Besancon.Within this framework, we developed and tested three electronic systems of control which make it possible to correct the fluctuations of the phase signals which pass in optical fiber. These three systems are then
compared in terms of performances, stability and respective limitations. One of the applications of this system, consists in producing a composite clock benefitting from best accessible stabilities,
using an quartz oscillator synchronized simultaneously on a cesium clock and a hydrogen maser. The suggested method is original and is based on a frequency locked loop (FLL).
Several other, we proposed a physical realization of a time scale by integrating the data of BIPM in our algorithm.
