Tomographie Optique Cohérente et Optique Adaptative. Étude d'un prototype d'application à l'ophtalmologie

Abstract : This thesis is dedicated to imaging the human retina at high resolution and in vivo coupling Optical Coherence Tomography and Adaptive Optics techniques. The thesis consists in studying the faisability of the association of these two techniques for ophtalmology. The study covers the constraints study as well as the improvements of the two techniques used and concludes with the estimated final sensitivity of the imaging system.
