L. Observations-de and M. , Irie sur des monocristaux d'un autre diaryléthène [28] semblent montrer qu'on peut accéder à plus d'informations en changeant les conditions expérimentales

. Dans-le-cas-de, -furylfulgide, on n'a pas observé de sauts lors de la réaction photochrome. La surface présente par contre d'importantes déformations irréversibles . Celles-ci ont été observées en microscopie optique gure 4.10 et en microscopie à force atomique 4.11. Dans ce cas, la surface irradiée présente un aspect granuleux, les déformations ne présentent pas de direction privilégiée
