Capitalisation des processu de décision dans les projets d'innovation: Application à l'automobile

Abstract : This thesis deals with the study of design processes in the context of innovative product design projects. The proposed approach focuses on knowledge associated with decision-making processes, identified as crucial. The first contribution of this research work
is an integrated decision-making model, called INDIGO. Its purpose it to represent the information associated with the decision-making processes by multiple views. The structure view deals with the information of the decision space, the process view represents
decision-making activities, the organization view characterizes the people involved in the decision-making. The second contribution of this thesis is a Knowledge Management System, called MEYDIAM. It is based on a new Knowledge Management approach, aiming at supporting knowledge creation and knowledge reuse processes. An Information System based on the INDIGO model materializes these processes. This tool, through interfaces, called knowledge objects, allows project stakeholders to capture information associated to decision-making processes. This work was validated during innovation projects, by the use of prototype software at PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN.
