Caractérisation par CPG/IK, CPG/SM et RMN du carbone-13 d'huiles essentielles de Madagascar

Abstract : We developed a method of analysis of essential oils, based on the combination of GC-MS and Carbon-13 NMR, with or without fractionation, using our spectral data libraries and literature data. We contributed to the characterisation of the essential oils of various plants from Madagascar, endemic or introduced and we reported their chemical variability: Cinnamomum camphora, Tagetes bipinata, Lantana camara, Eucalyptus citriodora, Cupressus lusitanicus, Chenopodium ambrosioides, Helichrysum gymnocephalum, H. bracteiferum, H. faradifani, H. selaginifolium, H. cordifolium, H. hypnoides and Helichrysum sp. Cedrelopsis grevei has been subjected to a detailed analysis. 13C-NMR allowed the identification of stereoisomers (agarofurans) and heat-sensitive compounds (ascaridole).
