Contribution à la Commande et au Diagnostic des Systèmes Algébro-Différentiels Linéaires

Abstract : After an introduction to the analysis and control of linear singular systems, optimal sensor/actuator location, robust diagnosis, and control of singular systems are studied. The optimal sensor/actuator location for descriptor systems is based on an energetical approach. The sensors and/or actuators are selected in order to maximize the energetical transfers between the system and its environment. It is achieved by maximizing the generalized gramians. Four distinct methods of robust diagnosis are proposed. A first approach, dedicated to interconnected systems, authorizes a decentralized residual generation in order to detect and isolate faulty measures. A second method consists in applying the Hinfinity-filtering to estimate the faults. Thirdly, the residual generation, based on coprime factorization -whose major interest is to allow to synthesize residual generators with proper filters- is extended to the singular systems. Lastly, the synthesis, and the use for robust diagnosis, of the proportional-integral observers are studied. Two strategies of control of singular systems are proposed. Multicriterion control enables to determine static or dynamic correctors ensuring pole clustering, H2- and Hinfinity-norm bounds of the loop system closed. Fault tolerant control architecture integrates a filter dedicated to diagnosis in the corrector, in order to locate the faults, and to modify the command to minimize the output deviation due to faults and disturbances. The controllers are causal systems, determined by LMI-based optimization.
