Etude de systemes hors equilibre

Abstract : This thesis deals with two kinds of out of equilibrium problems. The first one concerns systems with Goldstone modes that are subjected to oscillatory fields. Several orthogonal external fields are able to reduce the symmetry of the initial model. One can make an Heinsenberg model have an Ising-like symmetry. Secondly, we give microscopic realizations of trap models that were introduced to capture ageing behavior of glasses. Contrary to activated models, an effective temperature different than the bath temperature emerges in entropic models. We finally propose a generalization of phase space models through local evolutions of the energy. We show that it is possible to reconcile mean field microscopic description and phase space description for glasses.
