Supercordes en espace-temps courbe et theories conformes

Abstract : This thesis is devoted to the analysis of superstring theory in curved space-times. In particular we scan the moduli space of NS5-branes and fundamental strings solutions using marginal deformations techniques. Among the examples we consider, are the two and three dimensional anti-de Sitter space, several decoupling limits of little string theory and the Goedel universe. We also consider the partition function of these theories, as well as the construction of D-branes for some of them. We highlight the possible holographic interpretations of these theories.
