Calcul de haute précision d'énergies de transitions dans les atomes exotiques et les lithiumoïdes : corrections relativistes, corrections radiatives, structure hyperfine et interaction avec le cortège électronique résiduel

Abstract : In this work we present the calculations of transition energies in
lithiumlike and in exotics atoms : 1) With the use of new ions beam
source, it is now possible to produce highly charged ions. We thus
have studied li-like ions hyperfine structure to obtain information on
relativistic many-body corrections and the magnetic sector of strong
field QED. In heavy ions these are of the order of a few percent of
the total transition energy. We also evaluated the Bohr-Weisskopf
correction, which depends on the magnetic moment distribution inside
the nucleus. We have evaluated the influence of the vacuum
polarization and negative continuum states on these corrections. 2)
An exotic atom is an atom in which one of the bound electrons is
replaced by a negatively charged heavy particle ($\mu^(-)$, $\pi^(-)$,
$\bar(p)$\ldots). In recent experiments have improvements in accuracy
and resolution by 3 orders of magnitude have been obtained. We have
thus improved the precision of calculation of transition energies used
for the calibration or the interpretation of experiments on
antiprotonic hydrogen () and on the determination of the pion mass by
the use of pionic nitrogen. Our calculations take into account
hyperfine structure, and the charge distribution of the particle. We
have improved the calculation of the vacuum polarization, which cannot
be calculated in first order only for exotic atoms. For antiprotonic
atoms we have also added the g-2 correction that comes from the
composite stucture of the anti-proton, which thus has g $\approx$ -5.5856.
