Contribution à une démarche de conception optimisée des processus de désassemblage

Abstract : For the past years, more and more research has been carried out in close cooperation with manufacturing companies and environmental services in order to develop methods allowing to design profitable and robust disassembly systems. They are complex systems where process optimisation is essential. This is the problem addressed in this thesis, where we propose an organized method for the disassembly of end of life manufactured objects in general, and of end of life vehicles more specifically. Starting from a set of admissible disassembly plans, our contribution is based on the representation of this set by Petri Net and the use of linear programming formalism to find the optimal disassembly process. The conjunction of these two formal tools enabled us to propose a flexible formalization allowing to incorporate easily expert disassembly constraints. Extended to multi–products disassembly, this approach presents all qualities for a fast and easy software implementation. The first results of simulation for the disassembly of parts of end of life vehicles tend to prove the feasibility of the proposed approach and its interest in the management of the products at the end of their life.
