Abstract : This thesis has been done in the D0 experiment of the TeVatron at Fermilab. It focuses on the preparation of the Run II of the experiment and on the analysis of the first data with an integrated luminosity of 9.7 pb-1 (until the 1st of june 2002), in the framework of R-Parity violating supersymmetry with lambda'_122 coupling in the inclusive pair production channel leading to like sign di-electrons and 4 jets in the final state.
First, the D0 detector and the TeVatron are described. The following chapter deals with the argon purity measurement of the D0 calorimeter. Then the supersymmetry is introduced. A fast simulation in the Sugra framework has been done leading to expectation limits for the Run II in this channel. The last chapter details the analysis of the data, focusing on the understanding of the data and the background rather than obtaining limits in the Sugra parameter space.
