Bienvenue dans la Collection HAL du laboratoire Imagerie Moléculaire et Thérapie Vectorisée (IMTV - UMR 990).
L’UMR 990 INSERM/UdA, rattachée à l’ITMO « Technologies pour la Santé » et au cancéropôle CLARA, propose une approche focalisée principalement, mais de façon non exclusive, vers le diagnostic et le traitement de la maladie cancéreuse. Notre stratégie repose sur le développement de vecteurs moléculaires servant de support pour adresser sélectivement un principe actif radioactif ou non (e.g. radioéléments, thérapies ciblées, nano-objets…) et capables de cibler un tissu ou un mécanisme biochimique propre à chaque tumeur (e.g. mélanome, chondrosarcome). Cette approche offre des perspectives prometteuses tant en imagerie isotopique (i.e. sensibilité et spécificité accrues) qu’en radio et(ou) chimiothérapie vectorisée (i.e. augmentation de l’index thérapeutique).
La composition pluridisciplinaire de notre Unité alliant des savoir-faire de chimie, de radiochimie, de biologie moléculaire, de biochimie et de pharmacologie permet une approche transversale des différentes problématiques posées en concertation étroite avec les cliniciens du CLCC Jean Perrin et du CHU G. Montpied. Cette démarche bénéficie des plateaux techniques présents au sein de l’Unité englobant la post-génomique, la pharmacologie expérimentale et l’imagerie ex vivo et in vivo du petit animal.
