| La thèse porte sur la possibilité d'adopter le « modèle » américain à l'économie française. La période couverte par la thèse débute en 1979, qui marque l'augmentation des contraintes financières. Elle s'arrête en 2002, lorsque la reprise aux États-Unis paraît enclenchée. La première partie traite de la théorie de la régulation qui constitue la grille de lecture de la thèse. La seconde partie retrace les évolutions qui participent à la financiarisation croissante des économies. La dernière partie est consacrée à la modélisation postkeynésienne. On tente d'établir les conditions à partir desquelles la domination de la finance sur l'ensemble des relations économiques est susceptible de créer les conditions d'une croissance stable : la modification de la hiérarchie institutionnelle doit s'accompagner de l'émergence de nouvelles cohérences institutionnelles. Une fois reproduit ces conditions dans le cadre de maquette se déployant dans un cadre fermé, il est possible de tirer toutes les implications d'une exportation du mode de régulation américain dans l'Hexagone. |

| Financialisation, accumulation pattern, and regulation mode. Could the americain « model » be applied to french economy ? |
| The thesis relates to the possibility of implementing the American "model" with the French economy. The period cover by the thesis begins in 1979, which marks the increase in the financial pressures. It stops in 2002, when the recovery in the United States appears engaged. The first part concerns the regulation school which constitutes the framework of the thesis. The second part recalls the evolutions which take part in the increasing financialisation of the economy. The last part is devoted to postkeynesian modelling. One tries to establish the conditions from which the domination of finance on the whole of the economic relationship is able to create the conditions of a stable growth: the modification of the institutional hierarchy must be accompanied by the emergence of new institutional coherences. Once reproduced these conditions within the framework of model being spread within a closed framework, it is possible to draw all the implications from an export of the American pattern of regulation in the Hexagon. |
